Tue Jul 3, 2018

Called in sick after finding myself with a sore throat and a cough. Breakfast: leftover chicken tom kah, hot water. Nap. Dinner at home with Patrick: Good Eggs chopped salad with pinquito beans, avocado, and radishes. Watched Twin Peaks: A Limited Event Series part 6 on purchased DVD with Patrick. Dessert: Patrick made a bread pudding, half with nectarines, half with boysenberries. We ate the boysenberries half with whipped cream today. After that we watched The Comedy Lineup: P1:E1: Michelle Buteau (excellent) and P1:E2: Ian Karmel (okay—not really to my liking) on Netflix instant watch. Late snack 1 of 2: leftover salad. Tried playing Obduction after not playing it for over a year and found that my saved game was missing. Could be that I hadn't played it since getting a new MacBook Pro, but I had thought that it saved the game state to the cloud with Steam. I spent a few minutes seeing if there was a way I could restore from backup files but gave up after being unable to figure it out. Late snack: tortilla chips slow-cooked in coconut oil, water. Realized that Steam for Mac now quits when you ask it to. Yeesh.

Wed Jul 4, 2018

Breakfast: leftover ginger chicken pad king with jasmine rice. Did some house cleaning. While still recovering from a cold I decided today to repair our Brother MFC-845cw inkjet printer. We've had this printer since December 1, 2006. A few months ago it started refusing to print and making screeching noises as the printer head moved. We stopped using it for months while I investigated whether to try to repair it or throw it away and buy a replacement. The market today for printers is terrible—lots of poor quality hardware and software and lots of overly expensive ink costs. The Wirecutter recommended an all-in-one that was perhaps six or seven times larger in cubic inches than the MFC-845cw. We have a small apartment, so their pick doesn't work for us. The Brother website makes it extremely hard to figure out what current model is most like the MFC-845cw. Hence the attempt at repair. I unplugged the device and moved it to the dining table. I had first spread butcher paper anticipating that I would need to take the printer apart and that ink might find its way to unanticipated places. I plugged in the printer. I ran a test print. It worked fine, which I did not expect. I also found that the printer tray pulled out easily. In the past it required extremely hard tugs and sometimes a hard push in before the hard tug out in order to remove it. I had lubricated it a while ago with a bar of paraffin—maybe that had helped. All seemed to be working correctly. I unplugged it, returned it to its previous location, plugged it back in, and then successfully ran print tests from various devices in the household, both Mac and iOS. All worked as expected. Problem solved. Nap with Patrick. Patrick recently started learning Spanish on a website called Fluencia. Lunch: superfast i(20 minutes!) delivery from Clay Oven Indian West Portal via delivery.com: onion naan, dal for Patrick, chicken tikka kabob, aloo sag, fish pakora, two chais. The chicken tikka kabob turned out very spicy. Organized via tags in Pinboard. Watched The Comedy Lineup: P1:E3: Taylor Tomlinson (excellent) on Netflix instant watch with Patrick. Watched Black Mirror: s4:e1: USS Callister on Netflix instant watch with Patrick. Adjusted my Nest Easy Breather Side Sleeper pillow to be more plump by adding more filling that I had removed when I bought it. Dinner at home with Patrick: leftovers from Clay Oven. I hadn't had the aloo sag earlier today and when I tasted it for dinner I realized it was way too spicy for me but I ate it anyway. Watched The Comedy Lineup: P1:E4: Sam Jay (good) and P1:E5: Phil Wang (good, needed better pacing). Recently I started taking notes on food deliveries so that we can more easily remember which restaurants and services screwed up. Patrick and I also realized that one big problem with food delivery today is that no one in our area has delivery time estimates that are both accurate and real-time. This is likely very hard to do but necessary if you want a service that will never deliver food in 90 minutes when it is promised in 45 to 60. We are looking at you, Alice Chinese Bistro and EAT24. Restaurants and services that don't care about this problem will eventually lose our business because they have already lost our trust.

Mon Jul 9, 2018

Breakfast at home: an apple. Walked and rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. Got a new UCSF ID card at the WeID station. I had had an 8:30 am appointment and arrived early at 8:10 am. They were open and processed my request early. I was done in about 10 minutes. Chatted with Fastpay on the phone—the only way to transition my Fastpay account to the new card. Sprint standup. Worked on Parnassus for awhile waiting for the ID card to activate. Lunch from Panda Express: panda bowl with chow mein and mushroom chicken. My fortune: You're never too old to learn something new. Wed Jul 11, 2018

Breakfast at home with Patrick: two eggs scrambled, hash browns with green onions, brioche toast with butter, chocolate mint tea. Walked and rode Muni to UCSF Laurel Heights. Gave Julia M an update on the QBC hero work. Orgchart work: OSACA, OEIS. Announced the availability of tabbed interfaces to five of our web editors. UFD email list work: alumni and donors import. I also resolved a problem with the YouTube app on our Roku television being extremely slow by removing power from the television, waiting 15 seconds, then restoring power and restarting. Recharge Medical web work: remove a job posting. I notice today that Bluehost probably appears to be implementing Let's Encrypt. First I noticed that .well-known/acme-challenge appeared in the root of one of my sites. Then after searching Google and discovering that this is related to Let's Encrypt I tried visiting my same site but with https instead of http, and it worked as expected. I find in their documentation that Bluehost calls their feature "AutoSSL"—auto because the SSL certs automatically renew, presumably every 90 days. After about 30 minutes in online chat with Bluehost Support I confirm that AutoSSL is enabled for all my add-on domains in addition to my primary domain, AutoSSL rollout began in June 2018, AutoSSL rollout is continuing now, and they do not know when the rollout will be complete. So far I'm pretty impressed with their implementation. I only wish I had had advance notice that this was coming. For the past several months I had been thinking that I needed to change web hosting providers. If I had completed a webhost migration last week, I'd be pretty pissed. On my end AutoSSL is enabled for everything and I only need to force https and then resolve mixed content issues. This should be pretty easy, but I'll leave this for another day. When the Bluehost Support chat ended, I expected to be able to email myself a copy of the chat transcript, but that feature was not offered and I lost all the details that I had hoped to have been able to keep. Also, although the support person seemed knowledgeable, the chat took twice as long as I had expected. Good answers will come, but you have to be more patient than you think. Upon rating, they asked two questions, neither of which was related to service speed. To bed late.

Thu Jul 12, 2018

Breakfast at home: leftovers from last night. Walked and rode Muni to UCSF Laurel Heights. Today following a fresh restart of my MacBook Pro running macOS 10.12.6 Sierra I now suspect that Adobe applications are the cause of Command+Tab seeming to fail to work. It actually does work but only after a very long delay. The problem seemed to have started this time after I launched Adobe InDesign CC, and I recall encountering similar problems while launching Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Illustrator CC. I have tried both checking and unchecking the apps' use of the GPU but have been unable to resolve the problem. Command+Tab begins to work again, but it takes a really long time, and I haven't bothered yet to time how long that is. Orgchart work: edits from Rebecca. UFD mailing list work: special audiences imports. UFD web and html email build most of the day. UCSF shuttle from Laurel Heights to Parnassus. Curriculum for 2018 and Beyond Appreciation Gathering in Millberry Union with food and drink with Sharon and Joe and a large crowd. Rode Muni and walked home. Dinner at home with Patrick: Good Eggs curried cauliflower and chickpea naan pizza, Hint blood orange. Dessert: Smitten peaches and bourbon ice cream, whipped cream from a can, chocolate chips. Recharge Medical work: editing, posted a blog post.

Fri Jul 13, 2018

Breakfast at home: granola with coconut and raisins and milk, one slice of brioche toast with butter, a pint of hot water. Walked and rode Muni to UCSF Laurel Heights. Email on Acid work: closer review. Orgchart work: posted OEIS and OSACA changes live. Followup with Liana about an open draft for Staff Wellness Group. Lunch: leftovers. Attended Poisons in the Home and Community: Assessment & Emergency Response by Tom Kearney as part of a Staff Wellness Group event. Resolved a logo request issue for Marcus F. More UFD mailing list work. Styling work to resolve image credits overlapping body text in the draft UFD. Lots of frustrating work with Mailchimp and Email on Acid. Followup with Dayna M and Marisa M about a web editor access request. Reviewed websites for Gartner, Miller, Shu, and Huang to determine time estimates for as-is migrations. Prepped an email to Matt J and company but did not send it. Rode Uber Pool home. Dinner at home with Patrick: deli fried chicken, deli mac and cheese, roasted baby bok choy. Dessert: mango sorbet with whipped cream from a can and Torani salted chocolate caramel sauce. Exhausted. To bed early. Woke at 1:30 am and washed dishes. Couldn't sleep. Converted frankfarm.com to be https instead of http. The instructions in Option 1 for non-WordPress-users on the page called Bluehost Web Hosting Help: How to Manage AutoSSL did not work for me, so I did it manually. Upon reloading my site with forced https, I encountered an ugly error: "This page contains the following errors: error on line 34 at column 15: Specification mandates value for attribute async. Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error." I resolved it by changing async to async="async" in the Google Analytics tracking tag. I believe this is the correct solution but am not 100% certain. The other thing I stumbled on was that really old Google Analytics tracking codes were previously placed just before the end of the body tag. Now they want it as the first thing after the opening head tag. I installed the Google Tag Assistant Extension to help with troubleshooting. I also used redirectdetective.com to confirm that the redirects were working as expected. While investigating an rsync anomaly with my favicon.ico file, I realized that none of my current browsers show them in the address bar. So while searching for whether favicons were dead in 2018, I came across a Stack Overflow thread in which I discovered the terrific change log at realfavicongenerator.net. Donated USD$10 to RFG. Thanks, Philippe B! Late snack: leftover naan pizza.

Sat Jul 14, 2018

Converted tinaluu.org to be https instead of http. Encountered problems getting the Google Analytics plugin for Grav to do what I wanted and instead modified the templates/partials/base.html.twig file. Breakfast: leftover naan pizza. Converted frankfarm.org, longlifegoodhealth.org, and lodestarquarterly.com to be https instead of http. Upgraded Grav for all Grav sites (except theme on Corinna's site). Converted recharge.clinic to be https instead of http. Cut my hair, showered. Snack: leftover rice noodles with Soy Vay teriyaki sauce and tofu and leftover grilled cauliflower and chickpeas. PDDRP picked me up and we drove to Thunderbird House for a birthday party. Miniature egg rolls, cheese and crackers, fresh watermelon and pineapple, roast pork sandwiches, roast chicken legs, salad greens. Danny prepared a special vietnamese noodle dish. For dessert: Dave baked a raspberry cheesecake. Everything was delicious. I brought two bottles of wine—one to share and one for Paul to share. PDDRP drove me home. To bed late, around 11:30 pm. Others in attendance: chris yorkie jonathan allan stravia anh luc and many other family members.

Sun Jul 15, 2018

Slept in. Snack with Patrick: hot water, tortilla chips with ranch dressing made from Spice Ace ranch seasoning and sour cream, crinkle-cut french fries with ketchup. Watched The Comedy Lineup p1:e6 Sabrina Jalees on Netflix instant watch. Recharge Medical work: Kybella progression mockup in Photoshop, sent it for review. Kerry and Mom Ryan were supposed to come over for dinner tonight but there was a change of plans and Patrick took the food over to them instead. I'm still somewhat recovering from a cold and stayed home. Red beans and long grain rice, garlic bread, and a Budweiser for Kerry. I rewatched Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 on Netflix instant watch. Late snack and beverage: a handful of rainier cherries, 8 ounces of carrot juice.

Mon Jul 16, 2018

Breakfast at home with Patrick: one and a half eggs scrambled with sliced green onions, hash brown, half english muffin with butter, 8 ounces of carrot juice. Walked and rode Muni to UCSF Laurel Heights. Sprint standup. Calpoison meeting in person with Eric, Cassandra, Ellen, and Stu, and via WebEx with Terry and Ruben. Spent the whole rest of the day working out bugs in the html email template for Update from the Dean then propagated the fix to the other templates. Lunch at desk: a handful of rainier cherries. Rode UberX to SoMa. Met Patrick for couples counseling. Rode UberX to the Castro with Patrick. Our Uber driver didn't know what a rainbow flag was and asked us what it was about. We told him it was the gay pride flag and that it's up for the whole month every June. Dinner at Harvey's with Patrick: sauza giro margarita and Harvey burger with pepperjack and onion rings for Patrick, sweet tea palmer and crispy ranch wrap with fries for me, water for both. $57.87 after an $8 tip. Service by Paul was moderately slow and inattentive but friendly when it arrived. We walked in the Castro a bit afterwards then rode UberX home. Cleaned our Mailchimp campaigns list by deleting test campaigns and filing sent campaigns into folders.

Tue Jul 17, 2018

Breakfast at home with Patrick: Grape Nuts with milk for Patrick, yogurt with diced fruit and nuts for me, 8 ounces of carrot juice each. Walked and rode Muni to UCSF Laurel Heights. 1:1 with Eric. Continued html email template work from yesterday after discovering a small issue with the BTS Beat template. Lunch at b patisserie: mushroom-gruyere tartine with hot earl gray tea: about $16 after a small tip. Afterwards I wandered to Sacramento Street and discovered Maison Corbeaux aka London Market which appears to have recently remodeled. The result is stunning. The shop sells fine and rare whiskey, wine, and other alcohols and supplies. In the back is Avedano's, a butchery that also sells cured meats a few cheeses, various food supplies for a wine picnic, and more. I learned that Avedano's is open only Wednesday through Sunday, so I vowed to return soon to try a panini. Spent the whole afternoon in PowerPoint revising a template I had completed a few weeks ago with revised art at Susie's request. Rode Uber Pool to the Castro. Met Patrick outside of Peet's on Market Street and we walked to dinner at Hi Tops: fried chicken burger for him, grilled chicken burger for me. Both burgers came with a side of fries. Both burgers turned out to be really spicy. I ate part of my pickle slice and then was too full to continue. To drink: Boylan cola for Patrick, Joe Cool cocktail for me. Rode UberX home with Patrick. Watched The Comedy Lineup p1:e7 and p1:e8 Jak Knight and Tim Dillon on Netflix instant watch with Patrick. Rewatched The Comedy Lineup p1:e1 Michelle Buteau with Patrick and p1:e3 Taylor Tomlinson by myself.

Wed Jul 18, 2018

Patrick had a Budweiser left over from the six-pack he bought for when Kerry and Mom Ryan were to come over for dinner. Hint watermelon for both. Afterwards we finished watching Twin Peaks: A Limited Event Series part 8 on purchased DVD. Then we watched The Standups s1:e1 Nate Bargatze on Netflix instant watch.

Fri Jul 20, 2018

Scheduled mail campaigns for Recharge Medical for Alyssa and Drew. Breakfast at home with Patrick: scrambled eggs with herbs and cherry tomato halves, biscuit, hash brown, 8 ounces of orange juice. Walked and rode Muni to UCSF Laurel Heights. Followup with Marcus and Cindy about PharmD policies changes. Helped Grant and Levi publish a news story. Resolved a missing summary problem for UFD July 2018 on the web. Made a change of address for ACPE on the PharmD homepage as requested by Cindy and Mitra. PowerPoint template work: built a microsite. Shared my how to make a hotfix notes with James H. For lunch I rode the UCSF shuttle from Laurel Heights to Mt. Zion then walked to Avedano's at Maison Corbeaux. I bought a turkey panini and, for later to share with Patrick, a wedge of taleggio cheese and some toast points. They didn't sell drinks or have a place to sit and eat, so I got a Tejava at b on the go then walked to Alta Plaza Park and ate on a park bench with a view of the city. The day was sunny with steady, strong winds. I could hold my bottle at just the right angle to get a constant whistle. The panini turned out to be too spicy for me, but I ate it all. I had even asked for it to be the least spicy she could make it. I guess if I remember we can have a conversation about that next time. I returned to an unplanned request from Susie: send an html email announcement today about the presentation templates availability, so I spent most of the afternoon doing that. At the end of the day I had a little time for Siteimprove work, resolving broken links and resolving problems in some markup. The gray ErgoDriven Topo standing mat I recently ordered arrived today, so I set aside my board of wood and my wobble board to try it out. So far, so good. Rode Uber Pool Express home. Dinner at home with Patrick: Good Eggs jerk tempeh with plantains and nectarine salsa. Dessert: one freshly baked chocolate chip cookie each with 6 ounces of milk. After freshly restarting my 2017 MacBook Pro and then turning the brightness all the way up, the brightness indicator on the screen failed to disappear and the brightness and other function keys on the Touch Bar failed to perform any actions. I resolved this by restarting the computer. Online-chatted with Bluehost support because I wanted to find out if their $72.99/year renewal fee for Recharge Medical could be reduced if I bought multiple years. They said no they can't for addon domains, so I thanked them for answering my question and then after a few seconds found a different domain registrar called NameSilo that will do the reg for about $38/year. I will set it up soon. Stayed up late to finish reading The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman, which I had been reading on the bus for a while now. It's a beautifully told story which I highly recommend. Late snack: a small bowl of rainier cherries.

Sat Jul 21, 2018

Breakfast: leftover penne pasta. Set up a NameSilo account. Had trouble receiving the confirmation email. I had to use my Gmail address and whitelist before it worked. Repaired with white glue my Almond Blossoms Van Gogh eyeglasses case, whose black felt-and-plastic insert had come loose from the case cover. Spent about an hour to repair our leaking and dripping kitchen faucet with a $4.49 Danco 88103 repair kit. The problem seems to have been related to incorrect seats or springs which weren't pushing forcefully enough against the ball assembly. Or possibly the wrong size of seats or springs were used. The faucet's lock nuts have rusted through, however, and should be replaced. Lunch from El Burrito Xpress: Patrick and I split an El Bronco with added rice inside and tortilla chips. Nap with Patrick. Rode UberX to North Beach with Patrick. We walked in North Beach browsing shops, including an Italian ceramics store, a candy store, and Mara's for a pair of breakfast pastries. Watched The Standups: Fortune Feimster on Netflix instant watch with Patrick—very, very funny!

Sun Jul 22, 2018

Breakfast at home with Patrick: we shared cornetti from Mara's, one chocolate, one almond; Kona coffee. Patrick taught me that cornetti are different than croissants even though they look similar. Midday snack: a small bowl of rainier cherries. PDDR picked me up an hour late for a pool party at Peter's in Fremont. In attendance: Peter, Wayne, Phil, Drew, Danny, Romy, Richard, Michael, Quyen, Dave. We ate Popeye's fried chicken and biscuits and corn on the cob, cherries, pistachios, and more. We had fun in the pool. For dessert: red velvet cake and Dove bars. Afterwards we picked fruit from the many fruit trees in the back and front yards. We stopped at a wine store so that Drew could buy something that he couldn't find in stores in San Francisco. I got home later than expected—a little past 7:00 pm. To bed early, exhausted from all of today's lounging and activity.

We shared the seafood paella which was a tad spicy for me but very tasty. For dessert we had a gelato-and-cookie trio called The Three-way. We can't recall all the flavors exactly, but it was all delicious. $104.71 before a $20 tip. Rode UberX home. I did some editing of documents for Recharge Medical.

Read chapters 1 through 5 of Tragic Design by By Jonathan Shariat and Cynthia Savard Saucier for free via our license to read titles from O'Reilly online. Stopped by the Dean's Office Administration Office for a bottle of wine left over from a recent event. Rode Muni and walked home. Pre-dinner snack: multigrain chips. Closed empty Flickr groups that I had created a long time ago. Updated social avatars and cover photos for all owned groups on Flickr. People content maintenance: Aeshah, Marisa. Errands: Ace Hardware, Cal-mart. Lunch at desk: deli sushi. The package I bought said it was eel but it seemed to me that there was no eel in it—only mushroom. Weird. Changed the Faculty Resources microsite from a one-page site to a multi-page site, then added Ravinder's request for an Educational Data Request page. Breakfast at home with Patrick: hash brown; sliced green apple; omelette with red onion, pea shoots, and pecorino; 8 ounces of orange juice. Walked and rode Muni to UCSF Laurel Heights. Tested James H's installation of CKEditor 4.9.2 on my local. Styling fixes: correct pause button on home sliders, correct wysiwyg hints in tabbed interfaces. Filed pcard paperwork. Pharm identity retheme prep. Various task followup. Walked and rode Muni to the Sunset District. Dinner at Lanna Thai with Patrick: special menu B for two persons: tom yum with chicken, fish cake with cucumber salad and dipping sauce, garlic pork chop, yellow curry chicken, steamed white rice. Hot tea for me, thai iced tea for Patrick, ice water for both. Service was noticeably slow. $45.32 after a $6 tip. Afterwards I convinced Patrick to get a drink at Tiki Haven—our first visit. He ordered a hurricane. I ordered a mango banana colada. $20.90 after a $3.50 tip. Service was polite but not friendly when it arrived, but oddly when the bartender wasn't serving us she had her back to us almost the entire time, sometimes eating from a paper tray meal to go on the counter behind the bar. There were about eight patrons when we arrived and none when we left. Two pro sports events were on the three television screens. Large screen video games surrounded us at the far end of the bar. One of them was a zombie hunting game with rifles. I visited the upstairs briefly. The decor is poorly designed and poorly maintained tiki. Tired, sad, and unkempt are descriptors that come to mind. The drinks were too sweet to determine any skill or potency, but kudos for the inexpensive prices. That might be why I didn't really feel a buzz after one drink. We currently have no reason to ever return. Recharge Medical work until late: web edits, form builds.

Various task followup. Siteimprove work: linkchecking and more. UCSF shuttle from Laurel Heights to Parnassus. Walked to an errand in Cole Valley. Rode Muni and walked home. Dinner at home with Patrick: Good Eggs miso tofu and eggplant bowls but we substituted orange bell pepper and tempura shrimp because I don't like eggplant. Dessert: one chocolate chip cookie each, Patrick's topped with chopped walnuts, mine topped with chopped dried tart cherry.

Breakfast at home with Patrick: banana spice pancakes with maple syrup. Nap. Snack: half a nectarine. Rode UberX to the Castro with Patrick. Lunch/snack at Hi Tops with Patrick: half order of nachos no jalapeños, which seemed huge at first but which turned out to be just filling for two. Patrick drank a Stella. I drank water. About $24 after a small tip. Afterwards we visited a Neighborhood Bazaar at The Academy—a popup shopping event in their beautifully designed interiors and back patio. This event was terrific. Intimate, friendly, relaxed. We didn't know there was going to be food, otherwise we wouldn't've eaten before. Complimentary samosas, Ms. J's doughnuts, beverages. We browsed at nearly every vendor and bought two small jars of jam from Jake B. We also enjoyed a complimentary wine tasting from Maison Courbeaux. I took a photo of bottles to buy later. Here's a list of the vendors: Jake's Castro Kitchen: artisan jams and hunky aprons, Cameron Gerhold: modern abstract photo prints, Hunter Tanis: custom leather gear, Puppy Snob: dog lover's apparel, ArchiTec: men's athletic apparel, SokoWear: custom leggings, Maison Corbeaux: wine tasting, Hemster: premier tailoring. While leaving we encountered and chatted briefly with Jeff N and Christopher N. Then Patrick and I got beverages at Verve at Church and Market: chai tea latte for me, coffee of the day for Patrick. My chai turned out a little too spicy for me. Patrick took off to run errands. I rode UberX to 15th Avenue House. Romy let me in. Dave was napping. Some others returned a short while later from a walk. Chris, Nate, Drew, Phil, Danny, Jonathan, Richard, Michael, JP, Brian Maxwell. This was my first time meeting JP. Potluck dinner. I brought two bottles of Schramsberg (Cremant and Brut Rose), toast points, and a $3 wedge of taleggio from Avedano's at Maison Corbeaux. Jonathan made mushroom sushi and spam sushi. Richard and Michael brought two kinds of cookies: chocolate chip and molasses something. Paul brought chicken adobo. Danny made a vietnamese soup. Nate made gin and tonic sorbet. I can't recall what everyone else had brought. Everything was delicious. This was the evening in which we learned more of Jonathan's emotions.

Breakfast at home with Patrick: omelette with grated grana padano, hash brown with ketchup, two small biscuits with Jake's Castro Kitchen jams: superstar anise apple butter jam and fabulously flirty fig jam. I don't like anise but I liked the apple butter and could tell how the anise improved it. The fig jam was both savory and sweet—an interesting flavor. I helped Patrick in the kitchen while he prepared a batch of red beans. Transferred my first domain away from Bluehost to Namesilo—it's Patrick's domain not related to martial arts and which has no website yet. Investigated a recall involving two of the hand warmers I own which I purchased in April 2015 from Beanworthy. My hand warmers match the recall model but do not appear to be part of the recall based on the purchase date. Snack: multigrain chips, Hint watermelon. Unloaded photos from my phone to the data drive on our home network, uploaded photos to Flickr. Dinner at home with Patrick: red beans and rice, brioche garlic toast half, Hint, red wine. Recharge Medical web work: made live the Coolsculpting page. Watched The Standups: Beth Stelling (excellent) on Netflix instant watch with Patrick.

Walked and rode Muni home. Dinner at home with Patrick: garlic toast on hot dog bun, leftover red beans and rice, Hint blood orange, red wine. Patrick and I continued playing Rusty Lake Paradise for iOS on my iPad Pro. Today we completed chapter 2 (Frogs) after having recently completed chapter 1 and I think I may have forgotten to include it in the journal. I received a jury summons today.
