Breakfast at home with Patrick: apple spice muffins with Jake's Castro Kitchen superstar anise apple butter jam. Walked and rode Muni to UCSF Laurel Heights. Spent the entire day on Renslo Lab research and projects draft edit and image remastering. Chatted with Eric briefly about Calpoison newsletters and press releases. Walked to lunch at Yum Yum Hunan: hot tea, sweet and sour soup, egg roll, sweet and sour fish with brown rice: $14 before a $3 tip. My fortune: Alter ideas and you alter the world. Walked and rode Muni home. Dinner at home with Patrick: garlic toast on hot dog bun, leftover red beans and rice, Hint blood orange, red wine. Patrick and I continued playing Rusty Lake Paradise for iOS on my iPad Pro. Today we completed chapter 2 (Frogs) after having recently completed chapter 1 and I think I may have forgotten to include it in the journal. I received a jury summons today.
