Breakfast: plain yogurt with blueberries, side of red grapes, hot water. Walked and rode Muni to a health appointment. Walked to lunch at Bunn Mi: saigon noodles with lemongrass beef, hot vietnamese coffee. Delicious! Afterwards I browsed at Fabrix and Kamei. Bought nothing. Walked and rode Muni home. Foot care. Ran a vinegar cleaning cycle for the washer. Updated my medic alert cheat sheet. Foot care. Troubleshot a problem on Patrick's laptop with our backup solution. Today Patrick stored the guest comforter inside the sleeper sofa because it was taking too much space in our closet. Reviewed and reworked energy consumption spreadsheet data for our unit and our HOA. Dinner at home with Patrick: miso butter ramen, which was too rich for me and I ate only a little bit of it. Patrick made a chocolate molten lava mug cake. We watched Star Trek: Strange New Worlds s4:e3 on Paramount+ then a bit of YouTube. Patrick went to bed. I processed dirty dishes, cleaned the kitchen, and started the dishwasher. I watched more YouTube then finished watching Bird Box: Barcelona on Netflix. Patrick wasn't interested in watching the rest of it. I found it suspenseful and quite disturbing but not my usual fare. Recharge Medical work: hours and Google profile updates.

Breakfast: challah French toast with mixed-berries sauce and whipped cottage cheese, hot water. Nespresso for Patrick. Afterwards I washed the laundry room rug in the washer and washed the exteriors of the three windows facing the patio first with Silver Cymbal's window washing solution then with Invisible Glass. Used the Zoom Broom for the first time. It works as advertised and is likely suitable for our needs. Spent part of today working on the project to convert our CC&Rs to a more pleasantly readable form. The original paper version was typed on a typewriter and looks like it had been faxed or photocopied at least several times. I scanned it, then ChatGPT gave me a Microsoft Word version but it needed a lot of manual fixes because the quality of the letters was originally so poor. It's painstaking work.
