Breakfast: small bowl of yogurt with toasted shaved coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, mexican vanilla, and sliced banana; hot water. Worked from home. Wind-down activities all day. COVID 5-year anniversary work with Katherine and Suzan. Lunch at home by myself: leftovers from Sushi Zen, hot water. Meeting with Wan-Yu, Katherine, and Suzan to review infographics that Wan-Yu created and to finalized and deploy the COVID 5-year anniversary stories using a special one-off template for Weekly News Digest. Dinner at home with Patrick, slightly offset: Patrick had avocado salad. I had steamed dumplings from frozen with dipping sauce. Hot water to drink. Afterwards we watched various YouTube videos.
