Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, diced half banana; hot water. Midmorning snack: leftover corn on the cob, hot water. For lunch Patrick and I walked to Taqueria Chapala, which newly opened a few months ago. Patrick had enchiladas dinner plate with grilled chicken. I had taco salad with grilled chicken. Complimentary tortilla chips and salsa bar. We each had a small cantaloupe agua fresca, which was actually quite large. All food and drink were delicious. Afterwards we ran an errand then returned home. Patrick set up our Balsam Hill Christmas tree which has lights built into it. It took him about 15 minutes, undecorated. Later: dinner at home with Patrick: Thanksgiving leftovers, Patrick had a normal-sized meal, I had a mini-sized meal. Afterwards we watched various YouTube videos. Patrick went to bed. I washed dishes. New home research.
