Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, diced half banana; hot water. New home research all day. Patrick decorated the Christmas tree. Lunch at home with Patrick: Thanksgiving leftovers. Dinner at home with Patrick: Beyond Beef burgers with deep-fried tater tots, water or hot water.
