Spent over an hour on the phone with (Kresha?) in T-Mobile customer support trying to get them to fix a problem. This morning I had successfully redeemed an offer of a free Lyft ride up to $15 in the T-Mobile Tuesdays app and received a text message confirmation of it, but then when I took a Lyft ride this evening my credit card was charged and there was no credit from the offer redemption. Kresha said that T-Mobile would credit our T-Mobile account $15 within the next two hours and that they would further investigate the reason why the problem occurred. So much trouble and not worth the hassle. Three support team members needed to be involved in order to resolve my problem. Kresha was polite and apologetic, but I found the overall T-Mobile Tuesdays experience to be awful. She assured me that the problem would not happen again, but she gave me no evidence of the reason the problem occurred or what steps they had taken to prevent it. I am consequently still distrustful of the T-Mobile Tuesdays app. She said the next time a Lyft offer appears in T-Mobile Tuesdays she will call me to confirm that my redemption of the offer works successfully. (Several days later I find that our T-Mobile account was not credited as she claimed would happen.)

I chalk it up to presidential election shock. Afterwards Patrick went home. I stayed to hang out with Nico and other friends of his. Met Alex (aka Sheps), David, Josh, Jared (aka Bunny). Josh and Jared left for something. Alex (a designer), David (of YouTube), Josh (of YouTube), Nico, and I rode to the Pilsner Inn for drinks. Josh and Jared met us there. We stayed for some time then walked to Blackbird for another round. After that we went to Josh's place for more drinks and talking. I rode Lyft home. A fun, exhausting evening.
