Folded clothes that Patrick had washed yesterday. Cleaned in the kitchen. Breakfast: one honeycrisp apple, three TJ's dutch griddle cakes from frozen with butter and maple syrup, half banana, hot water. Cleaned in the kitchen. Trash management. Physical therapy exercises to treat a minor back issue. Lunch at home with Patrick: delivery from The Little Chihuahua via DoorDash: we shared chips, salsa, and a TLC super burrito with pollo asado not spicy. For the salsa we chose smoky chipotle but only Patrick will use it. Watermelon mint aguas frescas. Later, I showered then napped. Dinner at home with Patrick, John R, Gary E, Martin C, Gray C, Andy T, and Chris G. Patrick's menu: limoncello spritz and negroni cocktails; spring lettuces, radish, and bacon salad with buttermilk dressing; warm baguette with herb-infused olive oil and balsamic vinegar; creamy cheesy polenta; italian pot roast; preserved meyer lemon and labne cake with lemon-turmeric glaze. We talked for hours and enjoyed hearing each others' childhood stories, horoscope signs, organ recitals, and more. A fine evening.
