Breakfast: leftover spring lettuce salad with roasted cauliflower (but without sliced strawberries), hot water. Physical therapy exercises to treat a minor back issue. Lunch: I prepared for myself breaded halibut from frozen with dill pickle mayo sando sauce for dipping, tater tots from frozen topped with fresh minced rosemary and salt and pepper, and grilled asparagus. Hot water to drink. Continued the undercabinet light replacement project. I installed one LED undercabinet light fixture above the dishwasher. Cleaned the kitchen, removed tools and trash. Patrick prepared a cake for tomorrow then prepared dinner: frozen sausage and caramelized onion pizza with fresh herbs, hot water. Polished plated with Comet and Magic Eraser to remove silverware stains. Trash management.
