Breakfast at home: leftover ground turkey and green bean stir-fry with steamed rice, hot water. Listed more items for sale. Edgar M came over to pick up a large West Elm Kaleidoscope Dhurrie rug. I encountered and chatted with Pang who stopped by briefly for maintenance to the upstairs unit. We chatted about the heating system and watering of the trees in front. Lunch at home with Patrick: Patrick had leftover pizza and leftover pesto pasta salad. I had leftover ground turkey and green bean stir-fry with steamed rice, hot water. Listed more items for sale. Patrick and I walked to dinner at Fisch and Flore. Cocktails: Patrick had Sails Over Spice (mezcal, dark rum, vermouth blanco, lime juice, spicy tincture), I had Marshall Beach (white rum, coconut water, mint, citrus, soda). We shared: shrimp cocktail, dip trio, and short ribs with mashed potatoes. All food and drink were delicious. The short ribs were my favorite: extremely tender and rich. The shrimp were large. The dip trio served with simit chips included hummus with olive oil, muhammara with pomegranate molasses, and labne with parsley oil and trout roe. The dip portions were overly generous. We had lots of dip left over and when we asked to take it home we were given takeout tubs and paper containers but no plastic lids. Service by Anastasia O was very good. It had begun to rain while we ate and though we hoped it stopped by the time we were finished it did not and we walked quickly home in a light rain. We watched Andor s2:e3 on Disney+. Patrick went to bed. I cleaned bathroom hardware such as a door hanger and two shower heads with vinegar. I reattached one door hanger to the back of the primary bathroom door.
