Breakfast: Maruchan chicken ramen with half the seasoning packet, baby bok choy, sliced carrot, sliced green onion, fish balls; ginger pear tea; hot water. Shopped online for standing desks. Repaired an Oxo grater that somehow had its blade backwards. I used pliers to carefully remove the blade, flip it, then reinsert it. Continued shopping for standing desks. I met and chatted with Gary and Michael who are the gardeners for the upstairs unit. Nick (or Nik?) from Fixwell came to resolve a problem with our Viking oven. The problem was that it was not igniting properly. He replaced two igniters and the problem seems resolved. Late lunch at home: toasted sourdough sandwich with black forest ham, cheese, lettuce, mayo, and dijon; hot water. Reconfigured email filters, including those using regex. Happy hour at Bar 49 with a subset of The Syndicate and guests: Tim, Jason W, Jonathan, Adrian, Shawn, Emery. Afterwards we dined at Sausage Factory. We were seated in the back room in which several of us had never been before. We shared: caesar salad, burrata, large Gigi's pizza, chicken parmigiana, spaghetti with meatballs, fettucine alfredo, and lasagne. All food and drink were delicious. Service by "Jose Or." was excellent. At home I posted another item for sale.
