Breakfast: I prepared for myself fried rice with fresh carrot, celery, bok choy, onion, green onion, and garlic. Shopped online for table lamps for the primary bedroom night stands. Vacuumed. Carpet stain spot removal. An L-shaped desk was delivered and set up by three workers handling the delivery. This required us to unhook Patrick's dock setup and two printers and remove the drawers from the antique desk and move essentially everything to the bedroom to make space for the new desk. In the new desk, one sliding door did not function correctly, so we notified the company, and they have scheduled a replacement. There was an odd moment in which I crawled inside the desk cabinet in order to successfully release a latch that was otherwise inaccessible, but it still did not resolve the problem. Lunch at home with Patrick: leftovers. I added hanging wire to two framed photos and to one painting. Someone came to buy a four-tier bamboo shoe rack for $49. Did research online for house plants and indoor trees. Walked to dinner with Patrick at Takara Sushi: tea, ebi nigiri, hamachi nigiri, tsunami roll, red dragon roll, dragon roll. All food and drink were delicious. Service was very good. Afterwards we had two rounds of drinks at Last Call where we caught the ending to Twister playing on the television. On the way home we stopped at Rossi's Deli to purchase snacks. Patrick went to bed. Chatted on Facetime with Lani and Dex. Today Patrick finished making alterations to his dragon painting which removed clouds so that it could change from being portrait orientation to landscape orientation. Began updates for home devices.
