Breakfast: turkey sausage patty with fried egg on toasted english muffin, side of half banana, hot water. Worked from home. Wind-down activities all day. Lunch: leftover falafel in whole wheat pita from last night, hot water. Afternoon snack: triscuitesque crackers with fixins from last night. Walked and rode Muni to the Castro. Met Patrick while we awaited delivery of a dining room light fixture. Afterwards we walked to dinner at Tanglad: rare beef pho for Patrick, seafood pho for me, hot jasmine tea for both. Service was friendly but infrequent, and the credit card tray was mistakenly returned to the table next to us. Walked and rode Muni home. We watched Severance s2:e9 on Apple TV+. Patrick received some bad news today on top of yesterday's bad news: a friend of his mom's passed away.
