Toe procedure recovery. Delayed breakfast since I feel I ate too much food yesterday. Worked from home. Siteimprove linkchecking, spellchecking, and policy work. Late breakfast: medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, blueberries; hot water. Read UCSF Magazine Summer 2024. Helped Kiyomi with resetting the password to a voicemail account. Late lunch: leftover veggie fried rice, water. Did a tiny bit of weeding in the back yard. PAWS CAB kickoff meeting. Team meeting. Added a new job posting to the Recharge website for Drew. Dinner at home with Patrick: black bean soup with warm corn tortillas, hot water. We watched The Bear s3:e3 on Hulu then The Simpsons s33:e1 on Disney+. I washed dishes at a break in between. Patrick went to bed. Late snack: one nectarine. Later snack: one baked pretzel from frozen with light sprinkle of cheese and salt.
