Toe procedure recovery. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, blueberries; hot water with lemon. Walked and rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus, meeting Kevin at the bus stop. He was on his way to a conference. Siteimprove linkchecking, spellchecking, and policy work. Listserv management. Followup on role removals. Planned to attend a forthcoming LGBTQIA+ Allyship Workshop and reception. Responded to a request for help with color printing from Kiyomi N. Gave advice on a story lead to Suzan. Added photos to a poster presentation for Lawrence. Followup with Suzan on our draft of Office of Comms update. Web edits for Holly L on the fellowships page. Followup with Academic Affairs team. Submitted a phone number change request for Phillip B to Vicky V and Angelie K. Lunch at Pacific Catch with Suzan. From the Street Food Summer menu we had classic ceviche (yellowtail, guac, cilantro). We mistakenly received the scallop amarillo dish, which upon reporting the issue we learned was delivered to the wrong table. Our classic ceviche then arrived. We ate it. Shortly after we finished and the plates were removed, another classic ceviche arrived. We each had dishes from the Bowls and Greens category. Suzan had WestCoast Style with Grilled Salmon (small): grilled salmon, roasted cauliflower, avocado, marinated cucumber, radish salad, cilantro-pepita pesto, soy-tahini drizzle, with base of ½ brown rice-quinoa blend, ½ mixed organic greens. I had Latin Chimichurri with Grilled Kanpachi Yellowtail (large): yukon gold potato, roasted cauliflower, avocado, salsa criolla, fresh herb chimichurri, aji amarillo aioli, with base of mixed organic greens with red quinoa. I don't remember being asked small or large, but I didn't complain. Dessert: we shared Crispy Dulce De Leche “Spring Rolls”: cheesecake filling, dulce de leche gelato, caramel sauce. All food and drink were delicious, and the spring rolls were decadent. Service by Cassidy B aka Cass was excellent despite the mixups. We walked back to the office. Changed occurrences of deadline December 1 to December 2 for Joel. Calendar management. Bernard stopped by with a small surprise for Suzan: a small mocha cake from Sunset Bakery. We three enjoyed it along with Karen and Nathan. Walked and rode Muni to dinner with Patrick at Saucy Asian. Patrick had a bibimbap bowl. I had a Saucy Asian burrito with shrimp which included chips and non-spicy salsa. Patrick drank a beer; I drank tap water. Afterwards we drank white wine outside at Blush! while Americano Social Club played inside. We moved inside after we felt uncomfortable because of the nearby unhoused people. Walked and rode Muni home. I feel like I ate too much food today.
