Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, diced half banana; hot water. Lunch at Ben Tre Vietnamese with Sam and Patrick: fresh rolls with peanut sauce to share, vermicelli with pork and imperial rolls for Patrick and Sam, beef soup with egg noodles and fixins for me. Hot tea for all, thai iced tea for Patrick and me. Afterwards we three shopped groceries at Trader Joe's. Nap. Dinner at home with Patrick: chicken piccata with spaghetti. I also included a side salad with sliced and roasted almonds for me. Water to drink. Patrick also had 1.5 glasses of white wine. Patrick washed dishes. Afterwards we watched The Bear s1:e1 on Hulu then various YouTube videos. Patrick went to bed. Late snack: a bowl of cherries.
