Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, toasted and sliced almonds, diced half banana, cinnamon; hot water. Patrick and I rode Uber to meet Susie and Jeff at de Young Cafe for brunch and a long chat about traveling in Spain, and health care in retirement, and more. We heard about their recent travels (New York and Spain) and home maintenance issues, and I gave an update on work. They treated us to the meal and to tickets and audio guides for the museum before departing. Patrick has a low tolerance for museuming, so he and I visited only Fashioning San Francisco: A Century of Style and its augmented reality experience—fun! Lunch at Underdogs with Patrick: pollo asado burrito and cantaloupe agua fresca for Patrick, Nick's way pollo asado taco for me. We rode Muni home. I napped. Dinner at home with Patrick: Patrick had a salad, I stirfried baby bock choy with diced red onion, salt, pepper, and Dorot garlic and ginger and ate that with leftover basmati rice. Water and white wine to drink. I washed dishes. We watched various YouTube videos. Patrick went to bed. Late snack: baked pretzel from frozen with cheese and salt, water.
