Still recovering from what seems to be a cold. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, roasted and unsalted slivered almonds, cacao nibs, toasted and shredded coconut, blueberries; water. Patrick made challah french toast for us. Hot water with honey and lemon juice for me. Lunch: I prepared for myself a large salad with fixins. Hot water to drink. Rested while listening to Land of the Giants and other podcasts. House chores: vacuuming and emptied the paper shredder. Dinner at home with Patrick: soba with thai basil pesto, water. Dessert for Patrick only: one slice of previously frozen homemade pecan pie. We watched various YouTube videos.
