Breakfast at home: granola with unsweetened soy milk. Rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. UCSF shuttle from Parnassus to Laurel Heights. Sprint standup. Chatted with Kevin about Solr. Helped Daliah with a question about supp app for dentistry. Microsites work: PKcourse followup. Asana ticket followup. Made a change to the PharmD homepage for Susie: return to normal accreditation notice. Info security certification followup. Followup with tech intro and tech reqs. Microsites followup: Kroetz draft is in. No lunch. UCSF shuttle from Laurel Heights to Parnassus. Rode Muni home. Dinner at home with Patrick: Esalen pad thai noodles. Patrick followed the recipe very closely. We both agreed that the string beans should have been added at the end instead of during the stir-fry; they turned out soggy and visually well-hidden. The flavoring was delicious, not too simple, not too complex. Patrick thought the peanuts should have been roasted or toasted separately then added at the very end so that they would hold the crunch better. I didn't mind them the way they were, but I agreed his suggestion would likely be tastier. For dessert we enjoyed delicious dark chocolate pots de creme from Petit Pot. Afterwards we rode a few rollercoasters via rcdb, then we watched a few movie trailers on imdb. Troubleshot and resolved issues on Patrick's iMac: CrashPlan icon appears twice, Caffeine no longer appears, CrashPlan backup stalled. Later I saw on my own iMac that the CrashPlan icon appears twice. Late snack: tortilla chips.
