Breakfast at home: oatmeal with fresh, diced pink lady apple; cinnamon; unsweetened soy milk. I can't remember how I got to work today. It was either Muni and UCSF shuttle or I rode my bike. Lunch with Jason J at Pasta Pomodoro: I had shrimp with large shell pasta in tomato cream sauce, hot tea. Jason had penne with chicken. We talked about job descriptions.
