Yoga: standing warmup practice. Running in place: 30 minutes. Breakfast at home: oatmeal with fresh sliced organic banana, organic cinnamon, organic nonfat milk. Listserv cleanup and tidying. Small web edit for Mary Anne, Melanie F, and Sally M: integrity of research. Edited the wireless page—this took a lot of writing of new content. Lunch from Panda Express: chow mein, honey walnut prawns, mixed vegetables. Short URL feedback to Brad D. Made ECAP pages and new student profiles live. Worked late. Dinner at home: stir-fry similar to the one I made recently except this one has yakisoba noodles. Organized books at home.
