Party prep all morning. In the afternoon Patrick and I hosted a Daddy’s Day Deee‑liteful Party at home. In attendance: Jeff C, John B, Galen B, Jeff N, Chris N, Paul M, Monty H, David G, Brett R, Robert, Suzan, Tim M, Tim C, Martin C, Gray C, Andy T, Chris G, Jose C, Brian K, Mark H, Tommy H, Jeff C, Cris F, Timmy D, Tom H, Andy M, Scott T, JY, Keith R, Maitri, Harold R, John R, Gary E, Emery M, Francis S, Hao T, Tony H, Scot B, Drew B, Tai L, Phil N. The menu: assorted sparkling waters, wines, and beers; Aperol Spritz bar; mixed olives, roasted and seasoned nuts, and potato chips; melon, mozzarella, basil, and prosciutto skewers with balsamic drizzle; cucumber tea sandwiches; beet-pickled deviled eggs; bloody mary poached shrimp; dark chocolate cupcakes with creamy peanut butter frosting topped with crushed honey roasted peanuts; toasted coconut cupcakes with vanilla cream cheese frosting topped with toasted shredded coconut. Much fun was had. Cleaned.
