Breakfast: leftover fritatta on toasted english muffin, side of blueberries with local honey and toasted coconut, hot water. For exercise and fresh air, Patrick and I walked 17th Street to Stanyan and back. All day: shopped online for desk setup. For lunch, Patrick and I walked to Morning Due Cafe where we met Kerry and Mom Ryan. Mom had a grilled chicken sandwich and fruit salad and hot almond milk with almond syrup, tuna melt with no cheese and hot coffee with half and half for Kerry, cajun fritatta with italian sausage and sourdough toast and latte for Patrick, bbq burger with fries and hot chai for me. Walked home. Dinner at home with Patrick: delivery from Krua Thai: pork potstickers, crispy chicken no rice, crispy pad thai with shrimp, two thai iced teas. Afterwards we watched Fallout s2:e6 on Amazon Prime Video then Agatha Christie's Seven Dials s1:e3 (season finale) on Netflix. Patrick went to bed. I joined Patrick in bed a few hours later.
