Breakfast at home: yogurt with blueberries, toasted coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, mexican vanilla; hot water. Continued new home setup and cleaning all day. Later Patrick and I walked to lunch at El Tucan: carne asada taco and pollo asada mulita for me, super birria burrito for Patrick. We each had melon agua fresca. All food and drink were delicious. I don't think I ever had had a mulita before. It's sandwich-like and includes crispy cheese which provided interesting texture. Continued internet troubleshooting. Network cables arrived. Continued internet troubleshooting. Resolved a problem in which one laptop got 10 times slower speeds than another; the Smart Connect feature was not on I think due to long ago I was troubleshooting problems getting Wiz light bulbs to connect. Dinner at home with Patrick: grilled cheese sandwiches and creamy tomato soup, hot water. Afterwards we joined Paul and Karl at Hi-Tops for drinks. I hadn't seen Karl in years. The bar was very crowded. Patrick and I had two rounds of drinks then called it a night.
