Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, blueberries; hot water. Met with Stephen B, a lender of home loans. Spent the entire day researching San Francisco real estate market trends. Walked with Patrick to lunch at Viet Quan: Patrick had bun with five-spice chicken and imperial rolls, iced coffee with condensed milk. I had five-spice chicken garlic noodles and hot tea. Walked home. Dinner at home with Patrick: leftover yellow eye beans with steamed white rice, hot water. Installed macOS Sonoma 14.7.1 on my work laptop. We watched The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power s2:e3 on Amazon Prime Video.
