Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, diced half banana; hot water. Worked from home. Lunch at home: I prepared for myself cauliflower veggie burger with ketchup and mayo, steak fries from frozen, water. Met with Kimberly N about CPT and web edits and Staffbase. Met with Su G and Katherine T about building a CCI website. Edited a news story for Suzan. Built a draft of the CCI website. Dinner at home with Patrick: spaghetti with tomato sauce and spinach, hot water. Afterwards I washed dishes, then we ate one slice each of an autumn-spiced, frosted quick bread that Patrick made earlier today. I had hot milk, Patrick had cold milk. Patrick washed dishes. We watched The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power s2:e1 on Amazon Prime Video. Patrick went to bed. I joined a while later. Updates for home websites.
