Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, sliced and toasted almonds, raisins; hot water. While eating, I began listening to the audiobook of Glory Days by Simon Rich and read by John Mulaney. After 13 minutes in, I am laughing more than I have ever laughed to an audiobook. Password database organization and credentials hardening all day. Lunch at home by myself: star pasta from a can with torn italian parsley, hot water. Cleaned the bathroom. Cut my hair, showered.
