Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, raisins; hot water. Cleaned the bathroom. Uninstalled Grammarly because I usually didn't need it and it would keep bugging me to sign in when I didn't want to. Pre-lunch: sliced cucumber with feta and za'atar, water. Lunch: tofu with green onions in oyster sauce over jasmine rice. Made very minor updates to the journal at frankfarm.org. Dinner at home by myself: I prepared mac and cheese using macaroni, cheese powder, corn off the cob from frozen, and tinned branzino. Cold water to drink. Afterwards I watched Muriel's Wedding on Netflix.
