Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, dried cherries; hot water. Lunch: half of a black sesame bun from Pineapple King from a few days ago, some grapes. Midafternoon snack: crackers and hummus. Drew, Tai, and Tony Q picked me up, and the four of us drove to Thunderbird Avenue house for a celebration. In attendance: Quyen, Dave, Chris, Nate, Jen C, Chris K, Yorkie, Peter, Jonathan, Mark, Marvin, and many, many family members.
