Toe procedure recovery. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, dried cherries; hot water. Washed yesterday's dishes from when Patrick prepared a vegetable broth. Cleaned in the kitchen. Sam and Patrick arrived after martial arts practice and grocery shopping. Sam came in to chat with me about technology and cars, and I invited him to stay for lunch. Sam ate leftover falafel in pita. Patrick ate a salad with avocado. I ate my leftover salad from yesterday's lunch. Water to drink. Dinner at home with Patrick: corn, mango, and feta tacos. We watched various YouTube videos. Patrick went to bed. Late snack: frozen pretzel with cheese salt.
