Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, diced half banana; hot water. Returned to bed. Arose. Rested all day. Ate leftover mild tom kha with chicken. Biden drops out of the race and endorses vice president Kamala Harris. Afternoon snack: one orange. Dinner at home with Patrick: delivery from Spiazzo: insalata alla cesar to share, pollo imperatore for Patrick, petto di pollo al funghetto for me. We watched Deadpool & Wolverine RECAP: Complete Marvel History (1998-2024) via New Rockstars on YouTube then Warrior s3:e2 on Netflix. Patrick went to bed. Late snack: one orange.
