Toe procedure recovery. Slept in due to insomnia and other issues during sleep. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, diced half banana; hot water. Lunch: leftover fried rice. Napped with Patrick after he returned home from a visit to Sam's. An assassination attempt is made on Donald Trump. Afternoon snack: cheese and crackers. Dinner at home with Patrick: leftover black beans with boiled white rice with corn tortillas, hot water. Afterwards we watched two Marvel trailers on YouTube for Agatha All Along and Captain America: Brave New World then Wonka on SFPL DVD then The Bear s3:e5 on Hulu. Late snack: sourdough toast with butter using sliced bread from frozen. Began having a sore throat.
