Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, sliced and roasted almonds, diced half banana; two small nectarines; hot water. I needed more sleep since I again woke too early at 4 a.m. so I napped most of the morning. Changed air purifier prefilters. Lunch with Patrick. We attempted to eat at New Taraval Cafe but it was packed and there was a line. Instead we ate at Tennessee Grill. We each had a Tennessee Grill cheeseburger with fries. Patrick had an iced tea. I had a lemonade. About $32 after tax and before a $6 tip. Returned home. Housecleaning: removed mold from the bedroom window track. Cut my hair, showered. Dinner at home with Patrick: red beans and rice, water. Afterwards Patrick remained at home, and I went to a video premiere and live performance of Gypsy Love's All Lit Up. The bar was packed, the event was exicting, the performance and words of thank you perfection. If I recall correctly I met or remet Steven, Jeremy, Desmond, and more. There seemed to be only one or two bartenders and the lines were so long I couldn't get a drink in a reasonable amount of time. Afterwards I walked in the Castro a while.
