Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, toasted sliced almonds, diced half banana; hot water. Helped Patrick prepare cooking a Mother's Day lunch. Kerry and Mom Ryan came over. We ate jambalaya and French bread. Water or sparkling water to drink. Dessert: Patrick's homemade Blueberry-White Chocolate-Lavender ice cream. I also had coffee with milk. Kerry had a beer. Mom had a ginger ale. They departed. Patrick and I cleaned and rested. Dinner at home with Patrick: deli white bean and ham soup with warm French bread, water. We watched Loot s2:e7 on Apple TV+ then Star Trek: Discovery s5:e7 on Paramount+ then Maya Rudolph SNL clips on YouTube. Patrick went to bed. Money management tasks. Late snack: two medium oranges.
