Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, toasted sliced almonds, diced mango; hot water. Cleaned the bathroom. Archived legal paperwork. Washed dishes. Earthquake preparedness: refilled Aqua-Tainers (overdue). Deleted my account on a service I had used for a long time because I had switched to a competitor a long time ago, and I was concerned about their security. Began reworking spam filters in Cpanel for home email addresses. Lunch at home with Patrick. Patrick had a large salad and toast with roasted tomatoes. I had star pasta in tomato and cheese sauce from a can. Nap. I prepared dinner at home with Patrick: small salad with Rao's chicken parmigiana from frozen. Dessert: one orange creamsicle each. We rewatched Salt (2010) on Hulu. Patrick went to bed. I continued reworking spam filters in Cpanel, including migrating filters from local Apple Mail and lots of regex work. Late snack: one leftover pizza slice, one small piece of dried jackfruit, two unsalted cashews, water.
