Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, toasted slivered almonds, blueberries; hot water. Rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. Siteimprove linkchecking and policy work all day. Helped a man named Michael having trouble finding and meeting with Jen C. HR import. Web edits following a change in PSPG program manager all day. Ran an errand. Lunch: nachos with beef and without jalapenos from Carmelina's. Rode Muni home. Dinner at home with Patrick: falafel in pita with cucumbers and tomatoes, water. Patrick had a bourbon cocktail. Afterwards we watched Extrapolations s1:e1 on Apple TV+ then about one third of Lara Downes and John McWhorter: An Evening with Scott Joplin via Classical California on YouTube.
