Performed stretches good for the back. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, toasted slivered almonds, blueberries; hot water. Cleaned a small part of the floor in the bedroom. Rode Lyft to 15th Avenue House for brunch with Phil, Drew, and Tai: dim sum, congee, beignets that Phil made from a box mix that was not Cafe Du Monde. We ate and chatted in the garden for hours. Rode Muni and walked home. Dinner at home with Patrick: fancy toast, water. I washed dishes. Dessert: Patrick ate a Krispy Kreme maple and pecan donut of which I had one bite. We continued playing Myst III: Exile, getting hints from a website and proceeding further. Then we listened to Tig Notaro's podcast Don't Ask Tig starring Sandra Bernhard. I walked in place while listening and performed stretches good for the back. Patrick ate wheat crackers with colby jack cheese. Patrick went to bed. Late small meal: plain nonfat greek yogurt with blueberries and toasted slivered almonds, water.
