Ran in place to various podcasts on Apple Podcasts via Apple TV and clips on YouTube. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, cinnamon, diced banana; water. House chores: washed dishes, vacuumed including air purifier prefilters, trash management. Lunch at home with Patrick: yesterday's homemade spaghetti with truffle pesto, broccolini, and parsley; water. More updates for home websites. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, pumpkin pie spice, blackberries; water. Dinner at home with Patrick: we prepared together: cow burgers with cheddar slice, grilled yellow onions, tomato slice, mixed greens, mayo, and mild bbq sauce on everything-ciabatta rolls; water; red wine. Afterwards we both in turn washed some dishes then watched at my suggestion Spenser Confidential on Netflix instant watch. It was so disappointing that at the end I apologized to Patrick for choosing it. My biggest problem with it was the unbelievable plot and denouement. Patrick went to bed. I washed more dishes. Late snacks: banana chips, one cinnamon cashew.
