Patrick made a Mexican atole which was delicious. Breakfast at home with Patrick: scrambled eggs, hash brown with ketchup, a small piece of bratwurst, toasted half english muffin with butter, 8 ounces of orange juice. Nap. Vaccuumed. Lunch with Patrick: leftovers from last night. Nap. Patrick made Vanilla Queen's oat flour sponge cake with Add a Pinch's perfect chocolate buttercream frosting. He added roasted, finely chopped almonds on top, calling it a chocolate crunch cake. Washed dishes. Dinner: delivery from Popeye's via Uber Eats: 8-piece mixed chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw, red beans and rice, creole rice. To drink: beer. Dessert for me only: one root beer Twizzler. Afterwards we listened to 70s and 80s one-hit wonders on Spotify. To bed early. Woke around 1:30 am, drank a pint of water, then returned to bed.
