Portland vacation day 3 of 5. Rode UberX to breakfast at Pine State Biscuits: reggie deluxe and shrimp and grits. We walked across the Tilikum Crossing Bridge and walked more then rode UberX to Washington Park. We visited the Holocaust Memorial then the Japanese Tea Garden where admission was $16.95 each. Before entering the garden we stopped at Umami Cafe for tea sets. $23 before a $5 tip. Rode UberX to Portland Art Museum. Admission was $18 each. Chai from the cafe. Walked to Hotel deLuxe. Rested. Afternoon tea at Gracie's in Hotel deLuxe. I think this was my first time having a formal tea service with the tiered tray set. The amount of food was surprisingly filling; there were so many small bites. $96 before a $20 tip. Rested. Dinner at Nostrana (503-234-2427): $95.50 before a $20 tip. Tried barhopping but failed. Rode UberX back to Hotel deLuxe.
