Breakfast at home: egg and cheddar on english muffin, one nectarine. Rode Lyft Line to UCSF Laurel Heights. Along the way I continued studying Spanish on Duolingo. Sprint standup. For lunch, James J and I walked to suite 420 where we had heard from our colleagues in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy that they had too much food from an event due to low turnout. James got a kale salad with dressing. I got two half sandwiches and a ginger cookie. At my desk I ate one of the half sandwiches and the cookie and drank water from my Thermos Intak water bottle.
