Weight training: dumbbell curl, front raise. Late brunch with Patrick: grilled polenta, 2 eggs sunny-side-up, hot water. Dropped off shoes to be recycled at a nearby USAgain drop box. It was easy—just like a mailbox. Drove to Whole Foods Market, Ocean. Meal: assorted deli items, coco cafe (coconut water and espresso). Grocery shopping. Home. Gave the pantry an enema (figuratively speaking). Dinner at home with Patrick: we made a vegetable stir-fry with steamed white rice. We watched part of Bill Plympton's Dog Days on Netflix DVD.
