Stretches. Weight training: various lower body, upper abs (crunch), lower abs (leg lift). Breakfast: oatmeal with organic banana, organic cinnamon, organic nonfat milk. To work. Listserv management. Handled email account issues for student IM. Minor web page update for Carol (pharm sci pubs). Laptop troubleshooting for student CF. Lunch: an orange, a bosc pear, some pretzels and crackers, some persimmon bread. Facelift project review with Eric D and Susie L. Landlord repaired the bathroom light fixture. Dinner at home with Patrick: korma sauce with mushrooms, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, daikon, zucchini, and garlic over steamed medium grain white rice; hot water. Unpacked new Lock & Lock containers for our pantry organization project.
