Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, roasted pecans, toasted shredded coconut, and blueberries; water. Rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. UCSF shuttle from Parnassus to Mission Bay. Orgcharts prep. KMG office hardware followup. MB address change followup; our address is not changing for now. Read NNGroup's email newsletter. Errand. Lunch at Spark Social with Chris D; his first time there. He had (I think) the gyro salad from Gyros on Wheels. I had spicy tuna poke nachos and lime LaCroix from Poke Delish. Afterwards we visited Stagecoach Greens which happened to be closed. Great to reconnect. D9 front-end work. More cardkey work with Lucia. UCSF shuttle from Mission Bay to Parnassus. Rode Muni home. Dinner at home with Patrick: whole wheat spaghetti with cauliflower, green olives, and toasted almonds; water; white wine. Afterwards we watched Gravity Falls s1:e1 on Disney+ on Chris's recommendation then Bill Burr Presents Friends Who Kill on Netflix instant watch. Patrick went to bed. I washed dishes. I did some walking in place while watching. Today Patrick reorganized stuff in preparation for clearing some room in the smaller bedroom/office.
