Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, roasted and slivered almonds, and golden raisins; water. Cut my hair, showered. Lunch at home: I prepared for myself a large salad with ranch dressing, water to drink. Rode Muni to Golden Gate Park. Visited the County Fair Building for the Succulent Show and Sale then visited the Botanical Garden. Stopped at Arizmendi Bakery for a few treats. Rode Muni home. Continued playing Patterned on my iPad Air. Dinner at home with Patrick: lemon-garlic shrimp over creamy polenta, water. Dessert: cookies from Arizmendi: we ate parts of a chocolate mint cookie and a rainbow shortbread cookie and drank Bailey's on ice. Afterwards we watched Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin: Ladies Night Live on Netflix instant watch. Patrick went to bed. Continued playing Patterned on my iPad Air. Late snack: a tiny amount of leftovers from last night, water.
