Ran in place to various YouTube videos. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted pecans, diced peach, and blueberries; water. Tested whether I can still perform a 3-minute feet-elevated plank—success. Cleaned and waxed the wooden back bridge after using it to identify soreness and stiffness following my second shingles shot in mid-May. Joined the waitlist for DALL-E. Lunch at home with Patrick: leftover brothy whole wheat orzo and chicken meatballs, whole-grain-wheat-and-flax crackers. Water to drink. We watched various YouTube videos. Afternoon snack: a tiny amount of baked beans and sweet potatoes. Dinner at home with Patrick: two homemade whole-wheat-crust pizzas with basil, fresh mozzarella, and red sauce.
