Walked and rode Muni downtown. Reported for jury duty, getting breakfast along the way at Mint Cafe, the cafe inside the courthouse building. Turkey sausage, cheddar, and egg on croissant; large chai latte: about $10. After a lot of waiting and the introduction and a long roll call of names, I was let go and do not need to return for jury duty for the rest of the week. Wifi in the assembly room was so slow it was like being on a modem. I tried running speed tests twice. The first time (nPerf) it started but errored out: failed to connect to the server. The second time (Speedtest) was similar: the connection was so poor that the test failed to complete. I had no signal from T-Mobile probably because the room was in a basement level. Home. Recharge Medical work: editing and USCIS poster flyer work. Nap. Dinner at home with Patrick: Good Eggs open-faced sandwiches with sprouted rye and pickled eggs. Watched Get Out (2017) on Netflix DVD with Patrick, popcorn, and cocktails (kahlua, disaronna, and milk over ice).
