Slept in. Breakfast: grilled cheese sandwich. Rode UberX to 15th Avenue House. Accompanied Danny, Drew, Romy, and Phil downtown by car. We attended Saint Francis Foundation Presents 2nd Annual Wine Women & Shoes. Wayne, Steven, Brianna, Amanda, and Jose met us there. Our group stood for a photo. A woman who I think took a photo of either me or my shoes or both asked me for my name for fashion society notes. I wore vinyl mirror sneakers from Asos purchased a few years ago. We were each handed an empty wine glass, and we proceeded to wander amongst the different wine tasting stations, appetizer stations, booths selling goods, and silent auction listings. We were surrounded by society women and their companions, all dressed rather fancily. I encountered Marcus F and met Ashley and we chatted a bit. The mens lounge on the patio included a Glenfiddich tasting station. Afterwards Wayne and I were dropped off at Hi Tops and had one round of drinks before Karl and Paul met us there. Wayne and I ordered food; Karl and Paul had already eaten. Later we all went to Midnight Sun, where we met someone new to us named Eric and chatted on the sidewalk for a few minutes.
