Ashland vacation day 3 of 4. Complimentary breakfast at Ashland Springs Hotel. We visited Dagoba Chocolates, Branson’s Chocolates, Ashland Shopping Center (but did not stay here long). At Wiesinger Winery we enjoyed a wine tasting with a small plate of charcuterie, crackers, dried fruit, and olives with the charming Felipe hosting. We bought six bottles of wine. Back to the hotel. Ice cream at Zoey's Cafe and All Natural Ice Cream. Nap. Evening performance of Once, The Musical at Oregon Cabaret Theatre, which we both enjoyed very much. We dined at the theatre. Cocktails: dublin mule. Entrees: irish stew and Guiness for Patrick, salmon fillet for me. Dessert and drinks: dick hay pie, coffee for Patrick, irish coffee for me. $112.12 after a $19 tip. To bed.
