Sprint standup from home. Decided to call this a sick day instead of trying to work. Breakfast at home: oatmeal with fresh, diced red apple; cinnamon; 8 ounces of orange juice. Cold recovery. Nap. Late lunch: leftovers from a meal Patrick had made earlier: Green Chef chicken veggie bowl with pearl couscous, squash, broccoli, apple, cashews. Dinner at home with Patrick: Trader Giotto's roasted cauliflower and cheese mezzelune with Paul Newman's alfredo, cheesy breadstick.
